Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Show’s Policy

At SpryHypnotherapy, LLC, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of care and attention. In order to maintain our commitment to each client and ensure the smooth operation of our practice, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice in advance for any appointment rescheduling.

Cancellation Procedure: Life can get busy, and sometimes it can feel challenging to keep up with appointments, however, consistent therapy is key to achieving the progress and success you’re aiming for. Each session builds on the last, and skipping appointments can disrupt the momentum we’ve been working hard to create. If something urgent comes up, let’s talk about it, but it’s important to prioritize your well-being and the goals you’ve set for yourself. We’re here to support you in making this a priority.

” Single session and Package deals are good for 6 months. After 6 months of absence from date of purchase or last session, remaining sessions not collected or used are forfeited.

Last minute Reschedules or No-Shows: Appointments that are rescheduled without the 24-hour notice period or missed without prior notification will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session cost. What that means is if you do not appear for your session and you No Show or Reschedule within that 24-hour period previous to your session, you have now forfeited that session and the charge associated. If you reschedule with more than 24-hours notice, there is no loss of the session, or a charge associated.

Review and Revision: This cancellation policy is subject to review and may be revised periodically. Any updates will be communicated to clients in advance.
